At Zimasya, we are deeply committed to providing you with a premier shopping experience from the moment you place your order to the arrival of your furniture at your doorstep. Shipping Area :

We only sell to the United States.

Delivery Methods:

Upon arrival in the United States, your furniture is first transported via ocean freight to our warehouses located in California and Georgia, depending on your address. Once the items arrive at the respective warehouse, we then coordinate with delivery companies to transport the products to your doorstep. 

Handling Time:

Our order processing time ranges from 7 to 15 working days. This period is dedicated to manufacturing customized products, and ensuring your items are meticulously prepared and packed for delivery in pristine condition.

Sea Transit Time:

After dispatch, the typical sea transit time for orders spans 35 to 45 working days. This includes the processing of export customs, ocean shipping, U.S. customs clearance.

Customs Clearance and Warehouse Transfer:

Following customs inspection, goods are transported from the port to a local U.S. warehouse. This process takes between 3 to 7 working days.

US Local Delivery:

Once inspected at our warehouse, products are delivered using U.S. local logistics. Delivery times range from 3 to 8 working days, depending on the destination address.

Total Delivery Time:

encompassing order handling and final delivery to your specified address, ranges from 48 to 75 working days. Due to the nature of large custom furniture, the production and shipping cycle is very lengthy. Please thoroughly read our shipping policy before deciding to place an order.   • Packaging Removal: We'll take care of removing all packaging materials, leaving your space clean and ready for you to enjoy your new furniture.

Home Delivery, Inside Delivery, and Staircase/Elevator Delivery

We also offer home delivery, inside delivery, and delivery to different floors, including staircases and elevators. However, based on various circumstances and conditions, we may charge additional fees as needed. Specific charges will depend on your order and requirements, and we will provide this information during the ordering process to ensure clarity.

Shipping Rates and Tracking

Shipping rates vary based on factors such as the chosen shipping option, item size, and your location. International Shipping

While our primary sales area is the United States, we also offer international shipping to select countries. ・For apartment complexes, delivery will be made to the 1st floor entrance

*3 In the case of large furniture, we may ask the customer to help unload it from the truck to the customer's entrance.
We also offer a paid service in which items are delivered to your floor from our affiliated logistics company. Please feel free to contact the delivery company directly without going through us.
*4 If the customer refuses to receive the item without permission or the storage period has expired, etc., the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-delivery.
